As per my Top 10 Beauty Tips, the most vital step in your beauty regime is to Establish a Daily Skin Care Routine - Cleanse, Tone, Serum, Moisturise and apply Eye Gel Everyday Morning and Night. Exfoliate 2 times a week and use a purifying or hydrating mask once a fortnight depending on what your skin needs to soothe and comfort the ravages of modern life on the skin. Pollution, sun damage, air conditioning, diet and food additives, stress, anxiety and the pressure of modern living greatly impacts the condition and look of our skin. The skin is your largest organ and 60% of what you put on your skin is absorbed into your bloodstream. Moreover, 89% of 10,500 ingredients used in personal care products have NOT been evaluated for safety. You don’t want nasty chemicals getting into your body through your skincare routine so go as natural and organic as possible. Exfoliator- Organi Manuka Honey Peel $150

In our 20's we have a healthy cell turnover of 28 days and by the time you are in your 30's this rate reduces considerably and your skin needs more help to resurface. As every skin has different concerns it's best to consult with your professional skin therapist to see whether you need just a scrub or an enzyme exfoliant, along with how often you need to use it to reveal radiant skin!

Being in my early 20's, at the moment I use a very gentle exfoliant 2 times a week, This Organic Manuka Honey Peel works like magic.
